Shipping | Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and is calculated not only by weight but by location. If the weight of your parcel is over the standard Aus post limits, we will contact you regarding any additional shipping and will email invoice as needed. Pick up is preferred for bulky items and is available on Thursdays between 10 and 2 or by Appointment from our Kilsyth office.

Refunds/Change of mind | We do not offer refunds or exchange for change of mind, please be sure to choose carefully. |
Issues with Received Products | If your delivery is faulty or does not match the description, please email info.sleighbells@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving. We will arrange a replacement or refund for any damaged or unsuitable items. |
Delivery Times | During our busy season (September to mid-January), we aim to dispatch items within 5 working days. Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier services. Sleigh Bells cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays once the item has left our premises. We will provide tracking details so you can track your parcel's progress. |
